Kelp, intricate seaweeds dating back 23 million years, form underwater forests in dense clusters. In Ayurvedic medicine, they're salty, warming, and reduce Vata and Kapha, but may aggravate Pitta. Native to the cold, harsh climates of Siberia, this root embodies nature's tenacious drive and the capability to withstand environmental challenges. When consuming Eleutherococcus Senticosus, individuals tap into this robust energy, aligning with nature's resilience, and are reminded of the innate human ability to adapt and thrive even under trying circumstances. It has been used for centuries in Eastern countries, including China and Russia and is rich in antioxidants, ginsenosides, eleutherosides, amino acids and peptides and vitamins (B1, B2, B12, and C). In TCM, Eleutherococcus senticosus is classified as an herb that tonifies Qi, the vital energy that flows throughout the body. By strengthening Qi, it helps to improve overall vitality and resilience.
